Early Life
Antony Blinken was born in Yonkers, New York, on April 16, 1962. Donald M. Blinken and Judith Blinken were his parents. Donald, his father, was the United States Ambassador to Hungary. In 1971, Blinken finished his education at Dalton School. Following that, he relocated to Paris with his mother and stepfather Samuel Pisar.
He enrolled at Harvard University in 1980. In 1984, he graduated from the University with a degree in Social Studies after four years. He authored many pieces on current events for Harvard’s student newspaper “The Harvard Crimson” while at university. He enrolled at Columbia Law School in 1985 and received his J. D. in 1988.
